Description Aspen Medical is seeking a Digital Health Training Lead to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that empower clinicians to provide safe, high-quality, and evidence-based digital care. This role plays a key part in building workforce capability, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our expanding Digital Health program. This position is available as a 6 month fixed-term contract initially, with the possibility of extension. About the Position: Design, coordinate and deliver comprehensive clinical training programs, including onboarding, upskilling, and professional development initiatives. Evaluate training effectiveness through auditing, feedback, and compliance monitoring to maintain quality and regulatory standards. Collaborate with recruitment and operational teams to align workforce selection and training objectives. Provide hands-on training and support for clinicians using digital health platforms and systems. Lead a culture of learning, safety and excellence by mentoring teams and promoting continuous improvement. Manage training budgets, resources and reporting to ensure efficiency and accountability. About You: Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering and evaluating workforce training programs. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to maintain training records and ensure compliance with clinical, client and regulatory requirements. High level of adaptability and commitment to quality, safety and continuous learning. (Desirable) Qualifications in training and assessment (Cert IV TAE or equivalent) and/or experience in Digital Health or clinical governance.
