Key Responsibilities: Lead new product development projects from concept through to launch. Develop and prepare product samples and specifications in a timely manner. Create and maintain product documentation, including spec sheets and nutritional information. Collaborate with suppliers, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes. Stay informed on food trends and identify innovative opportunities for growth. Candidate Profile: Well-suited to an experienced Chef or Food Technician with experience in short shelf-life and food handling, looking to move into product development. Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Adaptable and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
