About the Role As Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and execute strategic marketing plans that position the centre as a key destination within the Bayside area. You’ll lead campaign development, oversee digital and traditional marketing, manage retailer engagement, and champion the centre’s brand and community presence. Working closely with centre management, retailers, and local partners, you’ll bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring every initiative aligns with commercial and brand goals. You’ll also guide and mentor a Marketing Assistant to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes. Key Responsibilities Create and deliver an annual strategic marketing plan and budget that supports business objectives Manage campaigns, promotions, and events that drive customer visitation and loyalty Oversee digital, social media, and PR initiatives to strengthen community engagement Build strong retailer relationships and provide support to maximise sales performance Collaborate with local groups, media, and partners to enhance the centre’s reputation Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, ROI, and key insights Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Assistant Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure creative and cost-efficient results About You Experience in retail, property, or destination marketing Proven ability to design and deliver strategic campaigns with commercial impact Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong understanding of social, digital, and content marketing Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and reporting Collaborative and proactive approach, with great attention to detail What’s on Offer Join a high-performing, supportive team where creativity and initiative are valued.
