The Marketing team balances creativity with commercial rigour, delivering integrated campaigns that build loyalty and fuel growth. Sitting within the Global Brand & Marketing team, this role will own the strategy and execution of key customer and partner communications across email, social, web and review channels. You’ll play a critical role optimising journey mapping and automation through Salesforce, supporting customer engagement and retention while providing guidance to a local area marketing coordinator who partners closely with the Sales team. This is the perfect role for a hands-on customer lifecycle campaign marketer who loves translating customer insights into slick, effective communications What you’ll be doing: Manage automation journeys and trigger-based messaging across CRM Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across owned channels (email, SMS, social, web) Plan and execute lifecycle communications that support retention and uplift Craft compelling content for newsletters, blogs, and partner communications Analyse campaign performance and share insights that drive optimisation Support brand reputation management via online review channels Mentor and guide a Marketing Coordinator in delivering local area marketing activity What we’re looking for: You know how to balance storytelling with strategy — delivering content that connects, converts and feels on-brand every time. You’re confident presenting ideas, managing workflows and collaborating with stakeholders, while still getting your hands dirty with the detail.
