About the Role Looking for a skilled and enthusiastic 2-Pak Spray Painter with experience in applying coatings to kitchen components or automotive parts. You will work with Satin Paint and closely support the Production Supervisor to ensure consistently high-quality finishes. Located in Braeside, Victoria, they are open to candidates on visas or who may require sponsorship. No prep, racking, or admin required in this role — just painting. Hours are 6:30am – 3 pm Monday – Friday, with OT and Saturday shifts offered. Key Responsibilities Apply 2-Pak coatings to MDF/timber components Produce flawless finishes using spray painting techniques Apply finishes of Matt and Satin Mix and prepare 2-Pak paints to correct ratios Sand and clear timber/veneer panels Maintain equipment and keep workspaces clean Assist with other duties as required Skills & Experience Min 2 years’ experience in 2-Pak spray painting (automotive painters encouraged to apply) Exceptional attention to detail in preparation, mixing and finishing Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets Strong communication and teamwork skills Highly organised with the ability to manage workload Proactive, able to take initiative and solve problems Benefits A friendly, supportive team environment Competitive wages based on experience, with opportunities to earn more when targets are met Long-term, stable position with clear career growth potential Please apply online by clicking on "apply now" or contact Jade Lawton at 0434 228 334 to discuss or email a Word copy of your resume to jade@iasrecruitment.com.au
