Brief Job Summary: The Social Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, audience insights, content creation best practices, and campaign measurement and optimization techniques. Responsibilities: Maintain WIPs, campaign calendar, asset tag and approvals Support finance processes, POs, invoice checks, budget reconcilliation Develop, schedule, and publish content across Meta, Instagram, TikTok (and others as needed). Write copy, cover basic design and oversee content production to client specs. Manage community engagement with professionalism and escalation judgment. Supports with monthly reporting with insights and recommendations. On-time content delivery & posting accuracy Community queries responded/escalated within agreed SLAs Reports include actionable insights, not just data Developing content that is aligned to the social strategy in place Qualifications: Proven work experience in a social media role, supporting the rollout of paid and organic campaigns across platforms, ideally in an agency environment Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for creating engaging content. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and analytics tools (Google Analytics). Knowledge and understanding of paid media Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Why work with us?
