Position Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting HTA’s educational programs, enhancing brand visibility, and driving student enrolments and industry engagement. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and implement strategic marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with business goals. Advise senior management on promotional strategies to reach target audiences and boost brand awareness. Manage production of marketing materials including digital content, print media, videos, and social media assets. Conduct market research to assess student demand, analyse trends, and identify growth opportunities. Develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns to support business growth and student recruitment. Oversee external market research to evaluate consumer behaviour and market characteristics in the education sector. Provide input on product offerings, pricing strategies, promotions, and distribution channels. Create and publish engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email. Analyse marketing campaign performance using statistical tools and digital analytics. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations. Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards and brand guidelines. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role. Strong analytical and project management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content creation, and analytics platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative promotional strategies. Knowledge of education marketing regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
