The key duties of the position include As the Assistant Director Investigations and Probity, you will be at the heart of our mission to uphold the highest standards of integrity. You will lead the charge in managing crucial areas such as fraud, corruption, probity, and public interest disclosures. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate: Knowledge of legislative and Australian Public Service frameworks related to fraud and corruption, public interest disclosures, and probity. Demonstrated practical experience relating to conducting investigations pursuant to the Australian Government Investigation Standards (AGIS) and/or Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014. Ability to coordinate and manage the Agency's Fraud and Corruption Control Plan, conduct fraud pressure tests on program, undertake probity-related assurance activities, and implement and deliver staff training and education. High-level written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, and a robust record keeping and outcome focussed work ethic.
