Job Description Performing general maintenance and repairs in the hotel Assist the Maintenance Manager in the day-to-day maintenance requirements of the hotel Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are in excellent working order Carry out maintenance requirements and follow up as scheduled by the Hotels’ Property Management System (PMS). Assist in keeping up-to-date records on the repair and maintenance of plant and equipment Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment, machinery, and systems to identify potential issues Ensure all tasks are performed with urgency and in the safest manner possible Assist in managing 3rd party contractors Communicate effectively with hotel staff to address urgent maintenance concerns
