Job Description Ensure that food presented to guests align with property standards and is served within designated timeframes, whilst maintaining high quality and presentation Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross-contamination Stay diligent in adhering to local regulations related to health, safety, and compliance, with a solid grasp of HACCP management Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation Awareness departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team Be environmentally aware Handle a range of kitchen tasks, from dishwashing to crafting delectable dishes
