Introduction We’re looking for an energetic BD Advisor or Senior BD Advisor to join our highly regarded Business Development team on a full time permanent basis in our Melbourne office, focusing on local business development efforts to drive client growth and expansion in key local markets. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel local BD campaigns aligned with regional and practice group plans Provide support for local BD activities including opportunity tracking, thought leadership, presentations, events and sponsorships Analyse data to identify opportunities and trends for BD campaigns and activities Manage the opportunity pipeline and provide BD support for proposals, tenders, and client interactions Champion the use of CRM tools (Nexl) for managing BD opportunities and tracking ROI Deliver insights and advice on BD activities, client experience, and brand alignment. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B services or marketing, ideally within a professional services or research environment. Strong data analysis, project management, and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Highly skilled in written and oral English communication Ability to work within budget constraints and manage priorities effectively Proactive approach that demonstrates initiative and curiosity Ability to form relationships with key stakeholders Ability to work independently as well as a team member as required.
