Duties and Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices, credits, and payments accurately and efficiently Set up and maintain vendor records in our ERP systems (Navision & Sympac) Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies Respond to vendor queries and build strong supplier relationships Support process improvements and participate in system upgrades Promote a safe, compliant, and positive work environment by reporting hazards and following company policies Assist with supplier reconciliations and internal/external audits Qualifications: Completion of Year 12 (secondary education) Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and numerical accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team Customer-focused mindset and commitment to Coregas values Why Join us?
