Job Description Partnership & Relationship Support Act as a key administrative and operational resource for both the Lender Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships teams. Support the management of relationships with a diverse portfolio of lenders and partners, as outlined in the Partnership Program 26/27. Coordinate and track communications, follow-ups, and action items with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for partnership meetings. Event & Logistics Management Plan, coordinate, and execute partnership events (e.g., private dining, conferences, summits, coffee catch-ups) including stakeholder management, invitations, logistics, and on-the-day support. Liaise with senior stakeholders from banking and finance to ensure high-quality event experiences. Maintain and update event schedules and ensure all logistics are managed proactively. Data & Reporting Maintain and update partnership tracking tools (e.g., Lender Pulse Tracker) and ensure data accuracy across all lender relationships. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and data packs for partnership reviews and negotiations. Collaborate with data teams to extract, analyse, and present insights relevant to partnership performance and opportunities. Systems & Process Administration Proficiently use Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Outlook to manage workflows, communications, and documentation. Ensure all partnership documentation, contracts, and communications are organized and accessible. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance partnership operations. Stakeholder Engagement Confidently engage with senior stakeholders (internal and external) and represent the Partnerships team professionally. Act as a liaison between the Partnerships team and other business units (e.g. Distribution, Data, Events, Communications, Product).
