Job Description The Digital Copywriter is a key contributor to Montu’s fast-paced, high-performing B2C Marketing team. This role is responsible for producing persuasive, user-first digital content that converts, with a strong focus on social media, performance marketing, and website copy. We’re looking for a strategic, conceptual thinker who blends creativity with conversion thinking, is fluent in UX writing principles, and knows how to reduce cognitive load while delivering compelling brand messages. Please ensure you provide a portfolio with your application that demonstrates strengths across short and long form ad copy, social, eDMs & website writing. Performance Website Copy Write high-converting copy for performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok, Youtube, and emerging channels. Own the creation of website copy and landing page content with a focus on user experience, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and clarity. Run A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, iterating based on performance data. Collaborate closely with product, growth, performance marketing, design and lifecycle teams to ensure a cohesive and effective user journey. Craft persuasive, benefit-led product copy that brings new innovations to life while capturing key USPs and technical details. Create in-depth, long-form and well-researched content that will help achieve organic visibility. Brand Content Strategy Develop consistent, on-brand messaging across marketing touchpoints including website, blogs, emails, social media, and internal materials. Concepting for social campaigns and web content across our B2C brands Synthesise real patient insights (interviews, reviews, research) to shape persuasive, patient-first messaging to be leveraged across all channels and mediums. Support brand campaigns, product launches, and company announcements with creative copy that elevates perception and drives action. Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Deliver on individual and set departmental OKR and KPI’s as determined from time to time.
