I am partnering with a highly regarded organisation based in Brisbane that delivers outstanding results for clients across healthcare, education, manufacturing, agriculture and oil and gas industries. A unique opportunity has come up for an experienced procurement professional with indirect goods and services experience to step into a client-facing role supporting a range of end to end sourcing projects. You will work across multiple categories and industries, helping clients define needs, run sourcing activities, negotiate contracts and manage suppliers. The environment is fast paced and collaborative, offering the chance to build commercial capability and gain exposure to new categories while learning from senior professionals who are experts in their field. Key Responsibilities • Lead or support strategic sourcing and procurement projects across indirect goods and services categories • Manage sourcing activities from planning and market engagement through to negotiation and contract completion • Conduct market research, supplier analysis and spend reviews to identify savings and process improvements • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels • Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations that communicate insights clearly • Deliver high quality outcomes that align with each client’s strategic goals What You Will Need • Between three and seven years of experience in procurement, sourcing or category management • Strong understanding of the end to end procurement lifecycle • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions • Commercial acumen and confidence working directly with clients • Based in Brisbane with full Australian working rights What’s on Offer Package: $110,000 to $160,000 plus superannuation (dependent on experience) There is potential for one or two appointments at different levels, and the salary range reflects this.
