The OSI is focused on improving outcomes for marginalised and under-resourced Queenslanders, overseeing a $20 million annual investment and delivering a sector roadmap for social enterprise and impact investing.We are seeking a highly organised professional with public sector experience in policy and program delivery. In this role, you will:- Support the Director, Strategy and Governance, in delivering priority activities, including whole-of-program management and policy functions.- Design and implement specific initiatives aligned with the OSI's strategic objectives and the government's roadmap for social enterprise and impact investing.- Support data analysis, evaluation, and performance monitoring related to impact funding and measurement.- Build and maintain positive strategic partnerships with stakeholders, managing complex issues to achieve shared goals.
