In this role, you will:- Support the Director, Outcomes, OSI in delivering priority activities, including payments by outcomes contracting and impact tracking.- Design and implement outcomes-focused initiatives aligned with the OSI's strategic objectives and roadmap.- Manage diverse tasks such as engaging experts, contract design and management, performance measurement, and structured project delivery.- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, managing complex issues to achieve positive outcomes. What experience you will bring:- Experience in government policy and analytical skills (e.g., economic/cost-benefit analysis, data analysis, evaluation, or numerical abilities and critical thinking).- Strong critical thinking, sound judgement, and ability to deliver results.- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) tailored to diverse audiences.- High-level relationship management that fosters capability building, information sharing, and collaboration.
