Job Summary As we kick on into the next phase of our programme with Inland Rail, we are now seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join us in the delivery of an Electrical biased utilities project that will see you managing the subcontractor within a rail infrastructure environment. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Construction management and coordination of contestable and non- contestable utility scope of works in road and rail environments Plan, manage and implement the site establishment activities necessary to perform works and ensure all site specific and contract requirements are met in terms of safety, environmental and traffic conditions. Liaise and coordinate collaboratively with internal / external stakeholders such as utility authorities, subcontractors, local authorities, internal staff and clients Schedule and cost management of self-performed and subcontractors works. Maintaining documentation related to scope of works, including quality documentation, progress reports, risk assessments, works methodology Reporting to management on the progress and status of projects Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a relevant engineering field such as Civil, Structural or Power. Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Engineering Demonstrated experience in the delivery of projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
