We are seeking an experienced Civil or Environmental Engineer with a skillset in water or wastewater network infrastructure design or water resources, to be the face of our Water team at our Wagga Wagga office. Bringing an appetite for building and maintaining strong relationships with our local clients in the Wagga Wagga region, you will utilise your expertise to deliver complex and ambitious water projects, with a balance of technical design, project management, operational support, business development and client engagement. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Supporting and delivering various water projects in the local region, including pipelines, drainage, irrigation and flooding, with local, state & federal government clients and major water authorities Being a valued member of our collaborative and supportive national & global water team, benefiting from the career development, training, mentorship and growth opportunities that our team can provide. Using your technical, project management and client relationship skills for the delivery and guidance of technical solutions, proposals, reports, investigations and technical design projects Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including some business development, and engagement throughout project delivery What would you bring to the team? Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, coupled with 5-12 years’ experience that includes water or wastewater infrastructure, water resources or water network planning The ability to lead and/or work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team across the project lifecycle Strong client relationship skills, project management skills, and some experience in preparing winning proposals Skills in design, planning, producing technical reports, developing engineering drawings, specifications and tender documentation Experience with using civil design software and digital design workflows Project management or design management experience Apply now with your CV and a cover letter.
