About the Role: The National Manager Vero Specialty Lines is accountable for driving the design and development of claims propositions as well as lead a team of claims professionals related to our newest business offerings Vero Specialty Lines. This area of the business is focussed on developing tailored claims propositions as we launch new products each year tailored to client needs. What You’ll Do: Build and lead a team of claims professionals mainly relating to commercial property with some potential for liability Accountable for the overall performance (customer, financial and risk) of the Vero Specialty Lines claims portfolio Work with product offering team to tailor a claims proposition to the newly created products continuing Veros strong reputation for Best-in-Class Claims Experience Develop and support digital solutions to enable efficiency and best practice claim turnaround times Drive improvements in operational efficiency through enhancements, automation and technology to manage cost and improve customer experience. What You’ll Bring: Minimum 7 years' experience working directly in the Intermediated claims space (desired) Work experience with managing complex property claims Solid experience leading large teams to deliver excellence in customer service outcomes Experience delivering digital or AI solutions within a claims business desirable Proven record of achievement within a complex business environment Business acumen with strong knowledge of key business drivers, particularly as they relate to broker engagement. Advanced change management capability with proven success embedding significant change.
