Job Description We’re looking for a Vendor and Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our Procurement, Property and Facilities team at TAL in a permanent capacity. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in managing our supplier relationships, taking ownership of the entire supplier lifecycle and ensuring our procurement processes meet both our high standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll work alongside a supportive team and collaborate closely with experts in Legal, Risk, and Cyber, acting as a trusted advisor for supplier agreements and contract changes. Your focus will be on building strong governance, keep costs in check, and reduce risks. In this role you will: Help maintain and apply procurement policies and procedures that align with TAL’s risk and regulatory standards. Develop, deliver, and update training materials and guides so everyone understands our compliance requirements. Assist with procurement reporting and always look for ways to improve how we do things. Spot supplier risks early and work with stakeholders and shared services to manage and reduce those risks. Provide practical help to the business for vendor contract queries, issues, disputes, changes, risks, and negotiate with vendors when needed. Handle ad-hoc requests from stakeholders and shared services like Risk and Legal to support decisions and get involved in projects when required. Qualifications Strong working experience in operations to including vendor management, procurement, contract negotiations and risk Proven ability to manage large enterprise supplier relationships, including onboarding, vendor management, contracting, sourcing, and risk management.
