Test Manager | TechnologyOne Implementation | ASAP start Based in Brisbane | Hybrid, Office / WFH | No remote Approx. $1000/day | Long-term Contract Opportunity As the Test Manager you would be responsible for leading the testing strategy, planning, execution, and delivery a major TechnologyOne ERP implementation. This role ensures that all TechnologyOne configurations meet design and quality standards through robust test management practices, effective team leadership, and strong stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy, scope, scenarios, and test plan. Plan and execute end-to-end testing, functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and performance testing. Manage and lead a team of testers, including resource planning Coordinate daily triage and other testing activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables. Oversee the classification of Issues with the Severity definitions. Collaborate with project manager, TechnologyOne team, SMEs, business Stakeholders, and other partners to ensure test coverage and traceability. Manage issue resolution and ensure timely closure of defects. Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps and Testmo for test management. Provide regular reporting on test progress, risks, and outcomes to project management. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in software testing and test management. Strong understanding of testing methodologies. Experience with test tools and frameworks Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing. ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred. Experience in the following would be well regarded; Test Management Role in a TechnologyOne implementation Test Management Role in an ERP environment, practically across: Supply Chain (Procurement and subcontractor management) Project Lifecycle management Finance /Financial management Asset and Fleet Management HR and Payroll Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
