Description The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our New Build team. In this key role, you’ll take ownership of the commercial management of complex projects — from procurement and forecasting to contract negotiation and risk management — ensuring successful outcomes for our clients and the business. You’ll work closely with project leaders, subcontractors, and clients to drive strong financial results, manage risk, and maintain Buildcorp’s reputation for excellence. Develop and implement procurement strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective award of trade packages. Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project, including forecasting, reporting, claims, and disputes. Identify and manage risks while maximising opportunities to improve project performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Lead, coach, and support project teams to achieve commercial and operational goals. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives About You Demonstrated success in a commercial role within large-scale construction projects. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
