About the Role Smith & Co is seeking reliable Trade Assistants to support long-term industrial and infrastructure projects in Sydney. You’ll assist trades such as Boilermakers, Fitters, Painter Blasters and Scaffolders on high-profile construction and maintenance works in the oil & gas, water, and petrochemical sectors. These are ongoing contract roles where you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in industrial environments, with clear pathways for training and career development.
