The Opportunity SyncUp is working with a well-respected commercial builder in Perth with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across health, education, retail, and mixed-use sectors. They are now seeking a talented Estimator to join their team and contribute to securing and delivering major projects across WA. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, and BOQs for commercial projects Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify cost risks and opportunities Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to source accurate pricing Assist in bid strategies, feasibility studies, and value engineering Work closely with senior management to ensure projects are commercially viable and competitive What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial construction Strong knowledge of WA market rates, subcontractor networks, and procurement processes Ability to read and interpret complex plans, drawings, and specifications Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office (CostX highly regarded) Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar Why Join?
