Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and manage accurate construction schedules from start to finish. Liaise with site supervisors, trades, and procurement teams to maintain timelines. Track milestones, identify potential delays, and implement proactive solutions. Review sequencing for double and triple-storey homes to ensure efficient delivery. Support process improvements and contribute to operational best practices. About You Proven experience in residential scheduling—luxury or bespoke project experience preferred. Strong technical understanding of sequencing and construction workflows. Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Perth-based with full Australian working rights.
