We’re currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team and play a pivotal role in managing contract and project documentation. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare, review, and manage head contracts and subcontract agreements Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and smooth delivery Manage variations, progress claims, and project financials Support the project team in achieving key milestones on time and within budget Ensure accurate records and reporting across all stages of construction What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in residential construction (detached or medium-density) Strong knowledge of construction contracts, compliance, and documentation processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office Why Join?
