Eden Ritchie Recruitmen t are seeking a Project Officer to support a major change initiative improving dispute-resolution capability across a Queensland regulator. You’ll coordinate planning and delivery, maintain high-quality project artefacts, and keep stakeholders aligned as technology, process and people initiatives are rolled out. Rate: Circa $55.00 per hour super Location: Brisbane CBD Contract Length: 8 months Responsibilities Support planning, coordination and delivery of projects aligned to organisational goals. Maintain plans, schedules, risk/issue registers and status reports; monitor progress and report. Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement. Prepare briefing notes, reports, presentations and correspondence. Ensure governance, records and reporting compliance; escalate risks/issues. Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned; support procurement/contract tasks. You’ll bring Experience in project coordination/administration (government or corporate). Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail. Confident written/verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft Office; exposure to Project/Planner ideal. Understanding of PRINCE2/PMBOK/Agile methods and risk/issue management practices. Why this role?
