Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO Our client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. In addition to administrative duties, the EA will serve as the Company Secretary and act as a vital liaison between the Board, CEO, executive team, and both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing executive-level correspondence, handling complex administrative tasks, and anticipating the needs of executives to enable them to focus on high-level decision-making. Furthermore, the EA will play a crucial role in driving organisational efficiency and continuous improvement. They will proactively seek to enhance processes and systems, including through automation and digital solutions, and support the organisation with major projects and initiatives. This includes tracking actions, setting up project documentation and processes, and assisting the CEO and Corporate Services Manager with the management of the organisation’s grants software. As a trusted advisor, the EA will provide strategic recommendations and solutions, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
