Our clients requires a Pre-Fit Team Leader to join their team in the Perth eastern area. About the Role Morning starts: 7-7:30am start until 4-4:30pm The ideal candidate will be a mature, experienced, and comfortable leading a team and making decisions independently. Require someone with a strong second-fix carpentry background who is currently working on site and would prefer the stability of consistent weekly hours. Factory / workshop based role - $48 per hour Main Responsibilities can include: Read, interpret and understand blueprints, plans and drawings. Leading, managing and working with a small team of 2 to 3 Workshop Joiners Fabricate and assemble cabinetry for a range of areas including kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes, as well as commercial joinery Fit cabinetry with all relevant hardware and mechanisms Safely use necessary machines and power tools Work on a wide range of projects including residential kitchens and bathrooms to commercial developments. Assembling prepared components into windows and doors Skills and Experience Trade Qualified in Cabinet Making / Carpenter Min 3 years experience as a certified cabinet maker / joiner Full working rights Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints, plans and drawings.
