About the Role As a Project Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Workplace Safety Australia’s digital services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in a way that meets our clients’ needs. You’ll oversee the coordination of digital communications, client engagement activities, and internal reporting processes, supporting our executive and account management teams with data-driven insights. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, information-rich environment. Key Responsibilities Review and refine the delivery of digital services across multiple platforms and mediums. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in relation to customer engagement, digital services, and online content. Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights from digital campaign performance and service usage analytics. Collaborate with marketing, client account management, and legal teams to improve client communication, retention, and satisfaction. Oversee administrative staff assisting with data collection, collation, and documentation. Prepare, analyse, and manage reporting documentation, including monthly and ad hoc digital usage reports, performance dashboards, and engagement tracking spreadsheets. Maintain high standards of data accuracy, version control, and compliance with privacy and legal requirements. Present findings, issues, and recommendations to the executive team, and assist in managing remediation or process improvement actions. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance internal project coordination, documentation, and reporting processes. Use CRM systems, analytics platforms, and project management software to coordinate projects and track performance. About You Diploma in Project Management or other relevant qualification Experience in project coordination, digital service delivery, or data/reporting support roles (preferably within a professional or compliance-based organisation). Strong analytical and data management skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently across departments and with clients. High attention to detail, with a structured and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
