Manage reception and switchboard with professionalism and empathy Coordinate payroll, rosters, and leave approvals using HealthRoster Oversee ordering and inventory of supplies using systems like Oracle and Promaster Maintain accurate records, data entry, and documentation across multiple platforms Support transport logistics and contribute to WHS and quality improvement initiatives How To Apply Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date. Selection Criteria Holds a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent, or is willing to undertake this level training. Demonstrated capacity to communicate confidently and courteously with people at all levels and a commitment to customer service. Excellent written communication skills, and demonstrated experience producing complex documents such as meeting minutes, briefs, and reports and spread sheets. Demonstrated experience using a variety of data, record keeping and ordering systems, computer applications and electronic health record systems. Demonstrated initiative, organisational skills and ability to manage responsibilities within required timeframes under broad supervision. Experience supporting clinical teams and/or the implementation of new systems in a health care or similar setting.
