About the Role As a key player in this close-knit team, you’ll be the go-to person for all things customer service. You’ll work closely with Senior Management and handle a variety of tasks — no two days will look the same! Your day-to-day will include: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and over email Data entry, preparing quotations and sales orders Responding to customer and sales enquiries via email and over the phone Offering guidance on the range of tools and equipment Liaising with the warehouse regarding daily dispatches Providing top-tier service and support across the business Jumping in to assist with other ad hoc tasks — because you love being hands-on What We’re Looking For You’re a passionate, proactive, and people-focused professional who knows how to make customers feel valued. You take pride in your work, communicate with confidence, and bring a can-do attitude to everything you do.
