We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Residential team . The successful candidate will look after customers in Sydney and the Northern Beaches, and work with one of Australia’s most iconic paint brands, Taubmans! You will be improve the profitability of your territory by developing and fostering new and existing partnerships. You will drive the growth of key customers and new business opportunities to achieve profit and growth for PPG across the territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain CRM and a regular call plan Leading, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of key trade accounts Collaborating with trade applicators, stores and residential builders Achieving sales, growth, and profit targets Delivering high level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention Ability to work both autonomously and collaborate with the team Requirements Previous Account Management experience, or relevant experience in a paint trade A willingness to attend events outside of standard work hours as required Excellent communications skills - you will easily establish trust and make people feel comfortable with your easy-going approach.
