The Role We are seeking an accomplished General Insurance Broker / Client Manager who excels at building and nurturing relationships while driving business growth through modern, digital solutions. As the successful candidate, you will take ownership of client engagement, prospecting, and platform-enabled distribution , contributing to the development and expansion of the affinity program nationwide. You’ll be hands-on — connecting with new clients, leveraging Insurtech systems for quoting and binding, and ensuring the delivery of a high-touch, relationship-led service model. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the affinity program network Proactively prospect and convert new business opportunities Utilise platform-based quoting and binding tools to deliver efficient service Participate in roadshows, presentations, and client engagement activities Deliver on KPIs related to business growth, engagement, and retention Assist clients with technical queries and platform navigation , ensuring smooth use of the online quoting and binding tools About You: 3–5 years’ experience in General Insurance broking Proven success in relationship-driven sales and business development Comfortable working with digital platforms and Insurtech technology Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills Self-motivated with a commercial mindset and collaborative approach Ability to work independently Why This Role: Drive innovation through Insurtech Blend digital enablement with a traditional relationship model Opportunity to help shape and grow a new national program and penetration in the New Zealand market as a whole.
