Now, they’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to help scale revenue across the country. This is a rare role for someone who’s still hands-on with pipeline, but hungry for more ownership and impact. You’ll be on the ground with SDRs, in-market with clients, and at the table with the COO shaping go-to-market strategy. What’s in it for you? $130K–$140K base OTE (uncapped, with accelerators) Pathway to Sales Director for top performers Backed by SDR support and proven product–market fit Influence pricing, sales process, and team buildout Modern tech stack and high-growth culture Product loved by builders, trades, and insurers alike What You’ll Be Doing Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise construction clients — with a focus on insurance, residential, and commercial builders Run full-cycle sales : outbound, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close Expand existing accounts — land and expand across business units, regions, and workflows Set the standard on activity, quality, and discipline. Coach junior SDRs and guide the team Act as the “voice of the customer” to feed structured feedback back into product and leadership Partner with the COO on pricing, deal strategy, and sales playbooks Tools & Stack Loop Logics platform for demos CRM (HubSpot) and standard sales enablement tools Phone-first culture with strong cadence and call coaching baked in You’ll Thrive If You Bring 3–5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience — hitting or exceeding targets Prior experience selling into insurance builders or high-volume repair programs Experience at platforms like Simpro, AroFlo, Buildertrend, BuildXact, Procore Strong experience selling job management, construction, field service, or trade software Full-cycle experience — outbound through close. You still want to be on the tools. High activity, high output.
