We’re currently seeking a Portfolio Administration Manager to join our team and provide outstanding, consistent support across our asset portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless administrative operations and delivering exceptional service to our internal and external stakeholders. About the Role Champion the customer experience across all aspects of your role. Manage monthly rent invoicing, lease outgoing adjustments, rent reviews, and lease audits. Produce lease-related correspondence and support Capex processes. Raise work and purchase orders, match supplier invoices, and assist with debt collection and month-end procedures. Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes and contribute to divisional initiatives. Collaborate across Mirvac divisions, sharing insights and supporting strategic implementation. About You You’ll bring: Administration and account reconciliation skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a drive for efficiency. Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
