Project Manager – Fit-Out & Refurbishment (Contract | Up to 6 Months) Location: Sydney Contract Duration: Up to 6 months (potential extension) Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible Rate: Competitive daily/hourly rate (depending on experience) About Us We’re a small but growing commercial builder specialising in fit-out, refurbishment, and light construction projects across [insert area/region]. Our focus is on delivering high-quality results with a personal touch — working closely with clients, consultants, and trades to bring spaces to life. As our project workload increases, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis for up to 6 months, helping us deliver a range of exciting projects from start to finish. The Role Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple fit-out and refurb projects — ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of project delivery — planning, procurement, and execution Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Preparing and tracking programs, budgets, and progress reports Managing client relationships and project communication Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards About You You’re a hands-on Project Manager with a strong background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment . You enjoy being close to the projects, can multitask effectively, and thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment.
