The Company An exciting emerging player in the cardiology space. They have an exciting new device that takes a leap in the diagnosis of cardiac disorders. There are targeting both Cardiologists & General Practitioners. The company has already put down their foundations in Australia, and are looking to grow their operations. The role As the business puts down roots in Australia (they are already an established player in some international markets) they are looking to grow their brand and footprint quickly. They are bringing onboard a sales team who will largely focus on cardiologists, but they think there will also be some significant uptake at GP level. As such having an established network of specialists an GPs to tap into will be a massive advantage, as will a proven track record in the cardiac market (be it with pharma, devices, etc) You'd also become a SME in their device & systems, and would be involved in some training, system support & troubleshooting. As new practitioners start to utilise their device, the business want to ensure the device is being used optimally - and that spans everything from using & setup of the device, effective data capture, connectivity & usage of the diagnostic toolset. So your days will be varied. Sometimes you'll be in hardcore sales mode, opening new doors, visiting specialists & GPs and talking them through the product and hopefully getting them on board, while at other times you'd be handling face to face and/or on line training, troubleshooting issues, occasionally traveling to regional Vic, SA and Tas as part of the sales cycle. So we're looking for an individual who has a strong track record in medical and pharma sales, and is well known in the Victorian GP sphere. Ideally you'll also have relationships in the cardiology space. It's also important that you're equally happy handling training & support responsibilities. You reward?
