We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales to join our team in our central Melbourne office. You’ll bring your proven track record and sales savvy, and we’ll provide strong mentorship and career-growth support. What you’ll do: Build and manage client relationships within the real-estate sector, identifying opportunities and delivering results. Meet and exceed sales targets. Work collaboratively with the team, contribute strategic ideas to optimise the sales process, and help maintain high standards of client experience. Be based in our central Melbourne office, attending client meetings and networking opportunities in the inner-city area. What we’re looking for: 2–3 years of direct real-estate sales experience in a results-driven role. Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills. A proactive, self-initiated approach with the drive to hit targets and excel. Located in (or able to commute easily to) central Melbourne.
