The Role The Front of House All-Rounder will work across all key areas of the venue, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to every guest. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and flexible, with the ability to adapt between service areas as required. Key responsibilities include: Providing outstanding customer service across bar, bistro, and gaming Managing bar and bistro operations during service periods Assisting with gaming operations, including clearances and end-of-night procedures Maintaining venue presentation and compliance standards Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service flow Skills and Experience Previous hospitality experience across bar, bistro, or gaming desirable Current RSA and RSG (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work both weekdays and weekends Positive attitude with a team-focused approach Benefits & Culture Approximately 30 hours per week with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts Casual rate in line with the TIGA Modern Award Supportive and friendly workplace culture Variety across different service areas - no two days the same Opportunities to develop new skills within a reputable hotel group If you're a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment, apply today to join a supportive and well-established team.
