Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth production, timely service, and adherence to culinary standards. Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, coordinate rosters, and maintain high team morale and productivity. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design seasonal menus, special events, and promotional offerings. Monitor food quality, presentation, and portioning to meet brand standards and guest expectations. Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients to maximize profitability. Maintain strict HACCP protocols and ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance. Respond professionally to guest feedback and special requests, ensuring a positive dining experience. Support staff training initiatives, encourage skill development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Attend management meetings, maintain kitchen documentation, and assist with inventory and ordering processes. What are we looking for?
