We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Child Health Nurse to lead the delivery of the Connected Beginnings program. Based in Katherine NT, this role involves regular outreach travel to surrounding communities and forms part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team focused on improving outcomes for children aged 0–5 years. You’ll work closely with families to provide culturally appropriate care, support early childhood development, increase school readiness, and strengthen community health literacy through education and capacity-building.
