Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial trade accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and high-quality representation of Temperzone and Hitachi products Develop and execute strategic sales and territory plans, aligning with monthly targets and market growth expectations across assigned customer segments. Provide technical sales support, including product selection, pricing guidance, and application advice, acting as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. Conduct regular customer interactions, including structured face-to-face visits, lead follow-ups, and quotation negotiations to drive conversion and retention. Liaise with Tasmania-based distributors to support regional sales initiatives and tailor service improvements to local market conditions. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Marketing, Customer Service, Credit) to enhance the customer experience and support promotional activities such as trade events and incentive programs. Monitor competitor activity and market pricing trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
