About Our Opportunity We are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Manager – Key Accounts to join our team in Dandenong. Reporting to the National General Manager of Sales, this role is responsible for driving profitable growth and delivering high levels of customer value across a designated sales area. You’ll manage a portfolio of Territory Accounts, Projects, and Key Accounts, working closely with multi-residential builders and internal stakeholders to build lasting relationships and contribute to strategic business outcomes. About You You are comfortable communicating at both the site level with builders and trades, as well as at the corporate level with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. You’re a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering value. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset to every challenge. You have proven experience in sales roles, consistently achieving targets and driving revenue growth. Your understanding of the building industry, customer channels, and market trends allows you to identify opportunities and navigate complex negotiations with confidence. You’re skilled in consultative selling, lead generation, and account management, and you communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams. You’re resilient, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement—whether it’s through training, collaboration, or strategic thinking.
