The Opportunity We’re seeking a Junior Account Manager (Cadet) who’s ready to build a rewarding career in construction sales and account management. Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager, you’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, learning the full client lifecycle — from quoting and project coordination to relationship management and delivery. This role focuses on supporting and growing existing client relationships, ensuring our service standards are maintained and our builder partners continue to see the value Buildsafe delivers. You’ll also play a key part in driving growth through increased market share and share of wallet within existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand our footprint across projects and regions. About You You’re enthusiastic, eager to learn, and motivated by results. You take pride in your presentation and communication, and you’re ready to learn from experienced mentors who will help you succeed.
