Position Summary: Supervise and train the Service Experience Team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to uphold our legendary standards. Oversee the pre-arrival process, including room allocations, guest preferences, and tailored communications. Assist the Front Desk with guest arrivals, check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures. Handle guest enquiries across all channels (in person, over the phone, and via email) with a warm and professional approach. Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring each interaction reinforces our commitment to excellence. Monitor and enhance service standards, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint. About you: A passion for hospitality and a desire to be the best in service. A genuinely warm and welcoming demeanour that creates meaningful guest connections. Experience with OPERA or a similar property management system (preferred). Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overnight. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and support your team.
