The Opportunity OES is seeking a Production Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact marketing creative across digital, video, and multimedia channels. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our in-house creative transformation. You’ll manage the production of marketing and learning assets from concept to delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget. From video shoots and UGC capture to post-production and asset management, you’ll be the engine behind our creative execution. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, Digital Learning Manager, and cross-functional teams to: Plan and manage production timelines, budgets, and resources Coordinate shoots, talent, logistics, and external partners Oversee post-production workflows and content delivery Build scalable systems and processes to support in-house production Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and accessibility standards About You 5 years’ experience in production management within marketing, media, or creative agencies Proven ability to deliver high-quality video, photo, and multimedia content Strong understanding of production workflows and digital content delivery Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills Experience managing freelancers, vendors, and shoot logistics Familiarity with asset management systems and inclusive production practices About OES OES is a vibrant, values-led organisation passionate about enhancing lives through education.
