Your role will be to plan, implement, and optimise paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, driving exceptional performance and ROI for our clients. You’ll work alongside some of the brightest marketing minds in the industry, contributing to our continued success as a leading digital agency. What You’ll Do: Execute, measure, and analyse paid social campaigns to identify trends and insights, ensuring maximum ROI across your client portfolio Track, report, and evaluate campaign performance, applying best practices to continually optimise results Independently create and manage campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Continuously refine ad copy, creative, targeting, and performance metrics to meet client goals and KPIs Monitor spend pacing for all accounts, ensuring budgets remain on track and escalating any concerns early Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and search teams to align creative assets and strategy Act as the technical point of contact for the Account Management team, providing campaign insights and recommendations Conduct ongoing market and audience research to inform paid social strategy and creative direction Report on key metrics such as conversion rates, CPCs, CPMs, ROI, CPL, and customer acquisition Stay up to date with the latest trends, features, and innovations across social media platforms and paid performance channels What You’ll Bring: Extensive experience in Paid Social, particularly across Meta, Instagram, and Facebook Proven success in building and optimising campaigns for e-commerce and service-based clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively A proactive, performance-driven mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and driving measurable results Benefits: Hybrid working environment with an unbeatable culture Generous remuneration and performance incentives Catered lunch on Fridays and a fully stocked beer & wine fridge Mid-year awards party, company birthday in May, huge end-of-year Christmas party, and many more social events Paid day off on your birthday Join a global team, 2,000 employees strong.
