Your role will be to plan, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns that drive exceptional ROI and growth for our clients. You’ll work within a high-performing performance media team and collaborate with some of the brightest marketing minds in the industry to deliver outstanding results. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive leads and sales for clients, including some of Australia’s largest brands Conduct testing, data collection, and analysis to identify trends and insights that improve campaign performance and ROI Track, report, and analyse campaign results across Google Ads and other paid platforms to optimise performance Create and optimise campaigns aligned with best practices across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max Manage campaign budgets, ensuring accurate pacing, spend tracking, and reconciliation of discrepancies Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimisation to enhance visibility and results Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and search teams to align creative and messaging with campaign objectives Serve as a technical point of contact for Account Managers, providing insights, troubleshooting, and recommendations Conduct market and competitor research to inform paid search strategy and keyword targeting Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rate, CPC, CPM, ROI, CPL, and customer acquisition costs Stay up to date with the latest advancements in search marketing, PPC strategies, and Google Ads innovations What You’ll Bring: Extensive experience in Paid Search, particularly across Google Ads and Google Shopping Proven success managing and optimising campaigns for e-commerce and service-based clients Strong understanding of backend systems such as Shopify and WordPress Solid knowledge of Google’s tools and metrics, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEM experience, managing PPC campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Analytics Strong analytical skills with experience in generating performance reports and conducting A/B or multivariate tests Benefits: Hybrid working environment with an unbeatable culture Generous remuneration and performance incentives Catered lunch on Fridays and a fully stocked beer & wine fridge Mid-year awards party, company birthday in May, huge end-of-year Christmas party, and many more social events Paid day off on your birthday Join a global team, 2,000 employees strong Think this sounds like you?
